NAPAC USA joins Adamawa indigenes in the United States, The U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), Justice Helen Ogunwumiju (the sole dissenting Nigerian Supreme Court justice), and other global human rights advocates in calling for clemency for Sunday Jackson.
This case has drawn international attention from human rights organizations, diaspora communities, and legal observers who are concerned about due process and religious freedom protections in Nigeria. NAPAC USA stands with those calling for a fair and transparent review of this case.
NAPAC USA continues to monitor developments and will advocate for the rights and welfare of Nigerian Americans and Nigerians abroad through diplomatic engagement and public advocacy.
